I PURCHASED ANY CAST M2 PLUS.WHENEVER I CONNECT IT DISPLAY NEW FIRMWARE FOUND 4.20.0 AND GOES IN FIRMWARE DOWNLOAD MODE. AFTER DOWNLOAD IS COMPLETE IT DISPLAYS A MESSAGE, PRESS ANY KEY TO CONFIRM THE UPGRADE. WHENEVER I PRESS THE AVAILABLE KEYS IT RESETS AND AGAIN GOES IN FIRMWARE DOWNLOAD MODE. PLEASE GUIDE ME HOW TO UPDATE THE FIRMWARE.
