So far, OUKITEL K6000 plus has updated several software versions to make it more smooth and fluent. In the last V18 version, OUKITEL removed some self-developed functions to prepare for the final GMS certified software.
This week, OUKITEL releases a new version which passed Google GMS certificate. The new version will be more stable than previous version. Here are some notice for updating to this GMS certified software version.
First. Please back up your data before install the new software version. All the data will be cleared after install the GMS certified software
Second. GMS certified software needs to download and install two versions. You need to check the APP “System Update” to download and install the first version.
Third, the first version is only a transition version, it is not available for daily use. Please check the APP “Wireless Update” to download and install the second version.
Frankly speaking, you need to download and install twice to get the GMS certified software version. Normally if your Wifi is good enough, it takes 10-15 minutes to finish this updating. After updating, all your data will be removed,so please back up your data before updating. You can check out the device certification in Play store-Settings. If you don’t want to take the time to download and install twice, you can flash to the GMS certified software version directly by computer. Below is the software, tool and process.
