Meet PROBOX2 AVA Android 6.0 TV Box & HD Recorder The latest product from Probox2, AVA TV Box, is a Realtek 1295 Android Media Mlayer with HDMI-in and recording function. The launcher looks nice,with big and nice tiles, like in Windows 8.1 / 10 Metro style. There are a lot of good and useful preinstalled applications (Kodi, AirDroid, Netflix, HappyCast, Miracast) including also Play Store and Google applications (gapps). This firmware version has root acces.
In Antutu Benchmark 6.2.7 the device achieves agood score, over 35.800 points.
Gigabit speed for real - In real life the Ethernet speed is indeed a gigabit speed, with 887 Mbps in download and over 300 Mbps in upload, PROBOX2 AVA is one of the fastest Android TV Boxes out there on the market now days.
Wifi Internet speed tested gets also pretty good values: in 2.4G - over 43 Mbps in download and the upload speed was also almost 40 Mbps, in 5.8G - over 91 Mbps in download and the upload speed was also over 96 Mbps. The router used in this test is Xiaomi Mi WiFi Router, mounted in another room.
