How to update firmware
Users who use the software v3.3.7 and below normally, the first time you use iBIG OS, you may not be able to connect your hard drive properly. Since the old version is not compatible with the new version (version 4.1.2) software and firmware, upgrade software only, this will cause most of the software's features to not work properly. To ensure your normal use, so please upgrade the software and firmware as follows :

1. Upgrade mode of the hard disk "no network configuration"
- Visit iBIG Stor official website to find "V4 software and firmware download" in "Service and Support" and click to enter.  Follow the text prompts to complete the firmware upgrade.
- To ensure that the phone has a network, open the app, upgrade the app to version 4.1.2 according to the upgrade prompt in the app.
- After the firmware upgrade is complete, it takes a while for the hard drive to update the data system. All functions of iBIG OS 4.1.2 can be used normally after completion.

2. How to upgrade the hard disk "with network configuration"
- After connecting the hard disk to the Internet, the hard disk will automatically upgrade the firmware to version 2.0.0.
- To ensure that the mobile phone has a network, open the app. Upgrade the app to version 4.1.2 according to the upgrade prompt in the app.
- After the firmware upgrade is complete, it takes a while for the hard drive to update the data system. All functions of iBIG OS 4.1.2 can be used normally after completion.
