Doogee S60 Lite is an affordable rugged smartphone you might be interested in, especially for those on a budget. The device is a much cheaper variant of Doogee’s rugged flagship device the S60. A combination of Aluminium Alloy and Polycarbonate formed its rugged back. The device is IP68 certified offering water, dust and scratch resistant. It can survive from drops and forceful impact without a scratch.

Doogee S60 Lite is made in a rugged case with a combination of aluminum and polycarbonate inserts, which serve as additional protection for impacts. The smartphone also has protection against water and dust according to the IP68 standard, so it can be at a depth of more than one meter for half an hour. Like the standard S60, the Doogee S60 Lite has an IP68 rating for water, dust and shock resistance. This is thanks to strong and sturdy metal and plastic joints, while the back consists of an aluminum cover and polycarbonate plastic, you know, there are plastic parts? Doogee S60 Lite is running Android 8.0 Oreo. The model is equipped with a less powerful 8-core chipset. The battery capacity is 5580 mAh which can last 2 days, supported by 12V / 2A fast charging. Standard Qi wireless charging support is available with fast charging technology.

Another different part is the rear camera which becomes 16 Megapixel with PDAF, OIS, and Dual LED Flash. While the front camera remains 8 Megapixel. The connectivity sector has also declined, with the Doogee S60 Lite no longer supporting the Global LTE 4G network, meaning that it is just a majority FDD and supports 2/3 parts of the world, including Indonesia. So this Lite version cannot use 4G networks in the United States.
