The jury is still out on if bigger is better, but bigger is usually more popular hence increasing number of Chinese manufacturers are trying to get their version on the market. BLUBOO isn’t an exception. In August, they launched their 6.0-inch Maya Max which does make a splash.
For starters, the BLUBOO Maya Max is equipped with the new generation of the affordable mid-range processor, MediaTek MTK6750, which combines the benefits of the MT6755 and MT6753 chipsets with 4G Cat6 support, eight Cortex A53 cores clocked at 1.5Ghz, support for up to 4 GB LPDDR3 RAM and modern Mali-T860 GPU. Superior configuration guarantees smooth operation and fluent multitasking experience.
The Maya Max has a 6.0-inch JDI display with HD resolution, coupling with OGS technology, which brings sharper, richer visual experience with higher sensitivity and higher transparency. And apart from multi-touch support, the screen could even handle wet and gloved touch controls. As for touch panel, BLUBOO adopts a dual-layer one, bringing more accurate, sensitive touch experience. Large display pairs with large battery. The Maya Max contains a 4200mAh battery with quick-charge support to offer long-lasting service time and shorter recharge time.
The camera specs are average at best, 13 Mpix main camera with Sony 214 sensor and 8 Mpix front camera. And for the selfie lovers the BLUBOO Beautysnap app will be just pure bliss with variety of effects and functions like the classic “beautification”, “age and sex recognition” or the “enhance mode” available. With smart self-timer mode, you even don’t need to press the shutter when shooting.
What’s more, BLUBOO Maya Max has some distinctive features which distinguish from common budget-friendly smartphones, for instance, VoLTE technology for high quality video&voice calls via 4G network, NXP speaker for better sound quality, rear fingerprint reader being capable of unlocking phone in less than 0.1 second, sided mute button, USB Type-C port, off-screen gesture and Android 6.0 Marshmallow as the OS. Compare to other competitors under the hood of MediaTek , the Maya Max is definitely the most fully-featured one.
Last but not least, the BLUBOO Maya Max made of 6000 series aluminum alloy looks more appealing than devices using cheaper alloys. Through CNC machining the back cover is brushed and also has an overall curvy design, giving a better feeling in hands as well as a premium outside.
You could learn more about the phone in here. And BLUBOO new year sales event will expire soon and you really need to hurry up if you want to get some discounted BLUBOO devices. For more details about the event, please visit BLUBOO official website or BLUBOO official Aliexpress store.
