In order to ensure the users' experience and keep pace with the times, Elephone M3 will be ship with Android 6.0 out of box.But system is not stable and our engineers are working on it now.
The shipment schedule is supposed to be the end of this month. A preview video of Elephone M3 6.0 will be released soon.
