It was already known that the forthcoming Elephone
Ivory featuring a Mediatek 8 core MT6753, a 5.0 inch 720P 2.5D on-cell
displayscreen costing just $99 is set to go on sale later this week,
will be released with Android 5.1 out of the box. what was not known
would be the upgrade path for the handset.
Elephone have today confirmed that
Android 6.0 Marshmallow, will indeed be making its way to the Elephone
Ivory, regarding time scales nothing firm has been but in place but they
are advising that the Elephone Ivory 6.0 marshmallow update will be
on the phone before next March.
