Purchased this tv box and my struggle started in the very first day - factory IR remote control stopped to work. My solution was to use my wireless mouse, what worked quite ok for a few days. I do not know the reason, as I was not messing up with any "advanced user" configurations, just installed several common apps from Google store, but my TV box started to play intro balloons REPEATEDLY: it plays balloons, "makes my life colorful" and I have 5-6 seconds to do something (e.g. being really fast and change settings)... So, after half an hour, I tried to change to Ethernet connection, and later just disconnected cable, without changing to Wi-Fi connection. It worked, I was out of this crazy cycle. However, on such solution I do not have internet for my TV box, which makes it pretty disfunctional. I.e. I am looking for any reasonable solution to avoid this issue. Even almost forgot about non-working IR remote. Maybe it is somehow connected, if I solve one problem, another also would disappear. I don't know. But at this moment I feel that I was too confident in buying such unreviewed product...
