First impressions on the Android KitKat 4.4 OS

As you can see in the above video, Eweat EW902 managed to play with absolutely no problem all formats and video cedecs from the Antutu Video Tester 2.2. It scored an amazing 602 points in this difficult video test and it ran incredibly all 27 video formats, the last one only without sound.

In Antutu Benchmark 5.1 the Eweat EW902 didn't score a very high rank, it only got around 12.000 points, but in general the system works without a trace of lag and all the applications tested ran just well, without any crash.

The launcher interface is clean and beautifull, Android KitKat brings a more polished design, improved performance, and new features.

The firmware hasn't root acces, although CPU-Z is reporting that it does.

Pros: 

- champion of conectivity in its class;

- beautiful aluminum case, for rapid heat dissipation

- amazing video player capabilities

- HDMI in 

- Support 7.1 pass through, support Dolby True HD
- Power On/Off button

Cons:

- The unit did not come with XBMC installed, despite the icon on the box (anyway, you can download it from here and install easily)

- the processor is not very powerful, but it does the job
