Download HDMI settings_fix.zip from here, here or here. Don't extract it; just copy it on a micro SD card and install the file from CWM. Install CWM 6.0.31 using this tutorial or take a look here.

Did anyone get this HDMI fix to work? After installing using CWM 6.0.31, same problem as above (loading loop then had to re-flash all over again). Manual installation instructions? Thanks in advance!
